Manufacturing and delivery times
Each case is specially made for you; we don't work with mass-produced products.
Our manufacturing time is 7 to 9 business days , plus shipping time depending on your location.
Most orders usually arrive earlier, but it's important to consider these times when making your purchase, especially if you need it for a special date.
Shipping and tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all the information and the tracking link so you can follow your package at all times.
If you have any questions about your shipment, we'd be happy to help.
Exchanges and returns
Our products are personalized and made to order , so no changes or returns are accepted once manufacturing has begun.
This is because:
- Most of the designs are a surprise.
- Only a reference template is shown, and the final illustration is not revealed until you receive your product.
Exceptions (at no cost):
Yes, changes or replacements apply when:
- The product has a factory defect
- There was an error on our part (cell phone model, color, design different from what was requested, etc.)
This does not apply if the error was made by the customer, for example:
- Choosing the wrong phone model (very common in Android)
- Damage caused by use, impacts or mishandling
